This is the famous Columbia Restaurant Cuban Roast Coffee which uses a roasting recipe originally created by second-generation’s Evelio “Chacho” Hernandez in the Ybor City restaurant. Colombian and Central American coffee beans give this unique coffee its aroma and rich, full-bodied flavor. Each sip is like time travel.
